I have been toying with the idea of a new Combat Campaign using CMBB since it is much more user friendly when creating the maps and setting the deployment areas. I'm thinking something small 3-10 players, company-battalion size units, 1 Regiment per side (+/-).

... on this forum is this one. It is the first time I reach this number on any forum. I took part in the Crimea combat campaign and when it was finished I had cca 27 posts. Then I was the German force commander in the Red Snow campaign and when that was over my number of posts was well above 900!...

I have been playing around with the idea of expanding or changing the base game engine used for Combat Campaigns. Right now the Steel Panthers series is the primary tactical combat engine however I am really reconsidering changing to use the Combat Missions series, in particular CM:BB and/or CM:AK....
